A business development manager is a top-tier sales person who helps the company create new and exciting business opportunities. They find new clients and even work with current clients to generate additional revenue. Estate agent managers oversees all other estate staff, tenants and anyone else who comes in contact with a certain estate that’s underneath their jurisdiction. In many instances, a client or several clients will hire an estate agent manager to more efficiently run and oversee all of their estate business while they’re not present. Skills needed for this role include everything from maths and accounting to great leadership skills and knowledge of estate legalities. However, an estate agent manager’s duties really vary from position to position, depending on client needs and the team they oversee.
Sales negotiators also work a very exciting, variable type of job, as they handle a variety of tasks for any estate agency team. They can choose to specialize in different estate business matters, form lettings or management to commercial properties and private estates. It all depends on your tastes and career path. Negotiators do a little bit of everything, from conducting valuations to researching data to planning marketing campaigns for estates. While most of their work includes interacting with clients and fellow estate representatives, sometimes they additionally work with mortgage brokers, solicitors and more.
Letting negotiators are similar, but only deal with London letting estates, and is a great way for those with sales and customer service experience to combine their skills for a great career path. Main duties include managing rental properties, marketing the various estate vacancies and helping to identify qualified, quality tenants, so that landlords and letting estate owners are 100 percent happy with their Morgan Goldsmith experience. You’ll also work one-on-one quite a bit with these landlords and letting estate owners to advise on rent prices, provide letting data and help with financial concerns, such as overdue rent payments.
